We at Room to Read always look forward to the end of the year, when the giving season provides a special opportunity for individuals to show their commitment to education and invest in our mission to create a world free from illiteracy and gender inequality through education.
This year, we have an extra reason to celebrate the season. Humanitix, the world’s first non-profit event ticketing platform, is matching all donations to Room to Read from November 27–29 — meaning that each act of generosity will go three times as far, making even more room for children to unlock their potential through education.
Room to Read and Humanitix’s Partnership
With a mission to bring people together to invest in humanity, Humanitix turns booking fees into a force for good by donating 100% of profits from ticketing fees back to charities that are tackling the world’s most important issues.
With a focus on education, Humanitix first partnered with Room to Read in 2018. In the past five years, Humanitix’s generous investment in our programs has benefited more than 30,000 children — making it possible for young learners around the world to exercise their right to a quality education and make positive change for themselves, their families and their communities.
